Neuroextraordinary awareness training for teams

Building confidence and trust through shared understanding and language.

Neuroinclusive workplaces don’t happen by accident. They’re built when leaders and colleagues share understanding, language, and confidence, and when organisations are willing to look with curiosity at how everyday systems shape people’s experiences.

Neuroextraordinary awareness training supports both leaders and wider teams to move beyond labels, challenge common myths, and develop practical ways of working that help neurodivergent people feel included, supported, and able to thrive.

The challenge

Teams sense tension or uncertainty around neurodiversity, but don’t know how to talk about it safely or how best to support neurodivergent colleagues.

What’s happening

Without shared understanding, people often default to avoidance, assumptions, or silence, even when they genuinely want to be supportive and do the right thing.

The way forward

This training creates a safe space to develop a common language and a clearer understanding, enabling teams to work together more confidently and inclusively.
