I’m Kate Faxen, a late-diagnosed ADHDer and mum to neuroextraordinary twins.

With decades of experience shaping inclusive cultures, I advocate for neurodivergent talent and working families navigating overly complex systems, so neuroextraordinary children have a fair chance to succeed.

My first book, How to Hack the System: 66 Shortcuts to Becoming Your Neurodivergent Child’s Fiercest Advocate, is due for release in late 2026.
